It's getting cold! but Martin & Karen braved the weather for a pre wedding shoot at a local woods. These two will be getting married at the end of this month and have chosen a twinkly celebration at Haughley Park Barn. I hope you like them!

the hotel of angels...
I had a day full of sunshine at Phil & Natalies wedding in Bury St Edmunds a couple of weeks ago. They choose The Angel Hotel as the venue. Which I have to say was rather fantastic! The hotel itself is location just accross the road from The Abby Gardens which proved to be fantastic for the group shots and some excellent sun flared images of the bride and groom! Here is a little taste...

trash that dress!!!
Who's been swimming in their wedding dress lately!? Most people wouldn't dare even think about doing such a thing! But Zoe & Phillip both donned thier wedding outfits from July and went for a dip! The results? Stunning!

asda price @ batemans barn...
I love going to new locations for weddings, I'm like a child at a favourite play ground. You get to find loads of new places a great ideas that just happen to pop into your mind on the day. It always keeps the photography fresh and not what I call 'templated'. Andy & Helen and the most beautiful location planned at Bateman's Barn. I strongly suggest for those who are reading this and have not already booked a venue to go and have a look! It is amazing! And while you are here check out the shots below!

back at the beach again...
Most brides I encounter just nervously pray for great weather and not for their heels to snag on their train while walking down the isle. It's not every wedding I get a bride so excited to ask "can we get one [photo] jumping off that wall??" The words; 'I feel a claim coming on' rattled around in my head for a few seconds! But that was a perfect example of the energy that was Simon & Louise's wedding in All Manor of Events. Oh and loved the colourful lighting!

pre wedding sunset...
A short but sweet update! This time a small peek at the recent sunset wedding shoot I did for Mike & Claire at Felixstowe in Suffolk. Mike & Claire a due to be married early next year, keep checking back for other pre wedding shoots as they are getting more and more popular! It's a great way to boost your confidence infront of the camera before your big day, especially if you are nervous about having your images taken!

nothing faulty at Vaulty...
I often get alot of people tell me they would love to have my job as it seems to good to be true and I always get asked is there any bad parts to it. I have always replied something along the lines of "no of course not, i love it!" But after I just finished Grant & Charlotte's retouching of thier wedding at Vaulty Manor I've realised what THEE wrost part of my job is..... deleting images! There were soooooooo many good ones I stayed up into the early hours of the morning trying to make the cuts! And thats was only the first pass! I hope you're pleased guys, you can be sure to find yourselves plastered over my website when the 2009 images are uploaded in Jan/Feb!

pimp my....wedding!
Hands up who is familiar with MTV's "Pimp my ride". If you are, you may remember Zoe! She featured on eposide 203 with her VW Camper....and guess what she turned up to the church in! Excellent idea!
